1. Products & Professional Use

Orthostate supplies orthodontic products intended for use by appropriately qualified dental and orthodontic professionals.

Products must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable regulatory requirements.

2. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss available options, including an alternative, revised delivery timeframe or refund where appropriate.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Applicable GST and shipping charges will be identified at checkout.

Payment must be completed through the available payment methods before an order is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Free standard shipping is available on orders of AUD $300 or more.

Shipping fees apply to orders below AUD $300.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and service selected.

5. Returns & Refunds

Orthostate does not accept voluntary returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect product selection.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Product Information & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their intended clinical applications and following the manufacturer's instructions.

Orthostate does not provide clinical diagnosis or treatment advice.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Website Information

We aim to ensure product descriptions, pricing and availability are accurate. If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to applicable Australian federal legislation.
